Request account or data deletion

How to request deletion

  1. Email contact@flashriverranch.com (copy from above if helpful) with subject line “Data deletion request”.
  2. Include the email address on your account and which product (Verbatim Voices, Eloracast, or both).
  3. We will verify the request and delete or anonymize personal data we control, except where we must keep records for law, security, or billing disputes.
  4. You will receive confirmation when the request is complete, typically within 30 days.
