This Privacy Policy describes how Flash River Ranch (“we,” “us”) handles information for our websites and products, including Verbatim Voices and Eloracast (when available). Product-specific details may also appear on each product site.

Information we collect

  • Account data: email, display name, and authentication details you provide.
  • Billing data: processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe); we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Content you upload: e.g. transcripts for Verbatim Voices; music and metadata for Eloracast.
  • Usage data: approximate technical logs (IP, device/browser type, timestamps) needed to run and secure the service.
  • Support messages: what you send us by email or in-app.

How we use information

  • To provide and improve the products you use.
  • To process payments and prevent fraud.
  • To respond to support and legal requests.

AI and your content

  • Eloracast: we do not train AI models on songs you upload. Streaming and hosting use only what is needed to operate the service.

Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us run the products (hosting, payments, email, analytics if any — this draft site uses no tracking scripts). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information.

Retention & deletion

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. To request deletion, follow Request data deletion.

Children / age

Eloracast (and Flash River Ranch consumer products that require accounts) launch as 18+ only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 for Eloracast accounts.
