These Terms govern your use of Flash River Ranch websites and products (including Verbatim Voices and Eloracast). By using the services, you agree to these Terms. Product-specific terms may also apply.
The services
- Verbatim Voices converts transcripts you provide into multi-voice audio. It is a productivity tool. It does not provide legal advice, representation, or court filing services.
- Eloracast (coming soon) is a streaming platform for AI-generated music and later other media. Creators remain responsible for rights in content they upload.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use at contact@flashriverranch.com.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload content you lack rights to use.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the services except as allowed by law.
- Do not use the services for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes.
Fees
Verbatim Voices pricing is currently $0.16 per 1,000 characters (subject to change with notice). Eloracast Premium pricing is $5.99 per month or $59 per year. Taxes and payment-provider fees may apply.
Intellectual property
We own our brands, software, and site content. You retain rights in content you lawfully upload, and grant us a limited license to host and process it to operate the service. See each product’s copyright policy for reporting claims.
Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Verbatim Voices audio may contain errors; always verify against the source transcript for legal or official use.
Limitation of liability

Governing law
